Bible Translation & Literacy (EA) is seeking a dynamic Kenyan Christian leader with proven ability, energy and a vision of reaching the unreached people of Kenya with Scriptures.
The General Secretary will lead a multicultural team in community-based Bible translation, linguistics and literacy.
Job requirements:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strengths in: strategic planning, management, decision making, communication, relationship building, team leadership, use of computers and ability to train others. The job requires considerable local and international travel.

Qualifications:
- Mature committed Christian
- Aged between 35 and 48 years
- Minimum 5 years experience in senior level management
- A university degree from a recognised university
- Clear understanding of financial and HR management
- Interest in the study of missiology, linguistics, literacy and translation
