Main Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, Sales & Exports, the main purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and effective delivery of customer service to meet business objectives.

Reporting to the General Manager, Sales & Exports, the main purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and effective delivery of customer service to meet business objectives.
Among others, key accountabilities will include:-
- Providing help and advice to customers through an efficient feedback procedure
- Analyzing sales performance statistics or other data to determine customer needs and the level of customer service
- Managing customer communication through trade visits, telephone, email and other correspondence
- Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by the sales team
- Analyzing and coordinating customer claims and recommending remedial action
- Maintaining an update customer database and accurate records
- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for the Company
Key Deliverables
- Superior customer service delivery
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business/Social Sciences/ or related field from a recognized institution
- Understanding of sales process
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication, problem analysis and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
