Call Centre Sales Agents

The people we are looking to recruit must have the following:
- Prior call center experience with British or American accounts
- A crisp clear neutral accent
- Ability to confidently articulate a Sales pitch
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and active listening
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
- Reliable, enthusiastic, upbeat personality.
- Customer service oriented—enjoy helping people & going the "extra mile" to meet each customer's needs
- Quick learner, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with complex situations that may not have a prescribed resolution.
- Desire to achieve and excel above the rest.
- Aspirations to develop a career within KenCall
Educational Background:
- Diploma in any field (Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage
- 2 years experience in a sales/telemarketing business setting.
Preference will be given to those who have worked or studied in the US or UK.
KenCall recruitment will be conducting interviews for the Sales Agents from 1st to the 5th of February 2010 starting from 9:00am. All candidates must be on time.
We are located inside Sameer industrial park on Mombasa Road opposite General Motors.

Agriculture Expert
The project which is mainly aimed towards small-scale farmers, involves having a help line number that the farmers can call in order to enquire about agricultural information.
This will give the farmers easy access to real time information hence improve on their decision making resulting in the achievement of the objective of enhancing farm productivity in the country.
This will be achieved by handling in-bound and out-bound calls, providing exceptional service and giving practical real time information.
