Job Specification:
The holder of this office should be an expert in accounting, auditing, financial analysis and investigations, management, law or public administration and should be appointed by the UN Secretary-General in consultation with the member states for one fixed term of five years without possibility of renewal.
The ideal candidate should have integrity, stature, proven skills, independence and an understanding of the management challenges of a large multinational organization.
