Key functions will include analysing offers and making appropriate recommendations, giving quotations on rating terms and conditions, preparing monthly business reports and handling quartedy treaty confirmations and statements.

Duties will also include handling treaty renewals and administering premiums.

The Candidate should be a University graduate with insurance related professional qualifications such as ACII, FCII, CII (Tunis) or its equivalent. They should have at least five years experience in underwriting with excellent knowledge of insurance treaties and contracts.

Centers for Health Solutions (CHS) is a newly formed Kenyan non-governmental organization (NGO) whose goal is to strengthen public health programs in developing countries, with specific emphasis on HIV Care and Treatment, TB, malaria, and other public health issues.

Background
Centers for Health Solutions (CHS) is a newly formed Kenyan non-governmental organization (NGO) whose goal is to strengthen public health programs in developing countries, with specific emphasis on HIV Care and Treatment, TB, malaria, and other public health issues. CHS receives support from ICAP-Kenya an international organization funded by Centers for Disease Control and prevention (CDC) through the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). Centers for Health Solutions (CHS) works collaboratively with the Ministries of Health in Kenya, other international and local NGOs, FBOs and CBOs. Currently CHS supports 51 government health facilities in central province reaching approximately 50,700 people living with HIV in central province, Kenya.

Our senior technical advisors within the country are often unable to adjust their existing schedules to take a technical lead in proposal development, therefore we are looking to build a network of external professional consultants for short-term assignments that can respond on short-notice with strong technical expertise and proposal writing skills for upcoming competitive proposals from major public donors such as the USG and Global fund. Individual terms of reference and scope of work will be developed for each assignment.

TEAM MEMBER - CONTENT DEVELOPMENT:

Reporting to the Practice Head – Sales/Customer Service, the candidate will be expected to carry out responsibilities in
line with their job title. The main responsibility in line with the job title is Creation and customization of Content as
per the business and people requirement of the Operating country. This will be achieved by:
· Understanding and studying the business challenges and the market reality of the region operating in. Should be
able to create effective content on Product, Process and Skills for both the Sales and CS staff working at different
levels.
· Updating knowledge on operating country’s laws and regulation so as to create content accordingly which helps the
sales and CS staff to sell products and service clients while complying with the local laws.
· Getting an in-depth understanding of the training requirements of the sales and CS staff so as to create the content
accordingly.
· Updating knowledge about the competition, company products, pricing and the industry so as create a useful and
effective content.
· Aligning with Sales and CS trainers to get the feedback on the training program conducted so that relevant changes
can be made.
· Constructing learning solutions while ensuring quality norms and creating facilitator and participant guides as well
as other training material.
· Conducting field study as and when required to obtain ground level data and pilot programs and Train the trainers
for trainers on the content
Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess the following:
· Have a Post Graduate/MBA/Graduate in English Literature/Mass communication
· Should have created content or conducted Training programs for the telecom industry.
· Have experience in training, preferably in telecommunications companies or call care centers, coupled with good
writing skills
· Have experience in telecommunications industry and specifically in Sales or Customer Service (CS) experience
would be preferred.
· Proficiency in MS - Office
The successful candidate should also possess the following personal attributes:

tutorials and technical articles would be added advantage.
