We currently have Internship opportunity for the position of Client Relations.
Purpose/role of the Internship
To learn how to manage clients in an E-commerce set up including managing Online Brokerage, Transactional Websites and Data Vending.
You will learn how to:
Ensure sustained customer satisfaction
Oversee the development work undertaken by programmer
Sell (new) products to new and already existing clients
Conceptualize transactional/e-commerce websites for different market segments/industries
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Creative flair
Ability to communicate in an engaging and persuasive manner
Must be able to demonstrate love for the web. Perhaps has a blog/twitter account/personal site. Able to write and/or edit
Understands e-commerce, perhaps has done online transactions, and notes latest online trends
Pursuing a University degree in a business related course
Some experience within Web Development and Web Design environments will be an advantage
Working Conditions
Normal office environment with regular visits to clients.
