IRC Capacity Building/Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist job in Kenya

Since its inception in 1933, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) has been a global leader in emergency response and providing durable solutions for conflict- and crisis affected populations.

The IRC launched programs in Kenya in the immediate aftermath of the post-election crisis, and has initiated activities that support women and girls in the Dadaab refugee camps through a variety of activities including health and GBV prevention and response programming.

IRC is currently preparing a proposal in response to a USAID-funded request for applications to expand the presence of GBV prevention and response programming throughout Kenya and support the development of peace networks and platforms for women to be effectively involved in decision making and take leadership of their country.

Applications are requested from qualified persons for the following position:

The Capacity Building/Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

The Capacity Building/Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for working with Kenya NGOs and CBOs on GBV and gender issues, providing on-site capacity building, mentoring, and training as needed and requested by partners.
