National Housing Corporation (NHC) is a State Corporation established under the Housing Act (Cap 117) Laws of Kenya.

The Corporation invites applications from suitably qualified Kenyan citizens to fill the following positions.

Chief Architect

Requirement for appointment for the position of Chief Architect

The candidate must:

* Be in possession of a Bachelors degree in Architecture. Masters Degree in Architecture or housing related degree from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
* Be a Registered Architect by the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors for a minimum of seven (7) years.
* Possess eight (8) years professional experience in Architectural work, six (6) of which should have been served at a senior management level.
* Be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
* Be computer literate specifically ArchiCAD/AutoCAD.
* Possess practical proof and relevant experience on Project Management.
