A dynamic Business Development Executive is required to join a cleaning company covering Nairobi and Mombasa. The role will entail selling contract cleaning services to offices and retail premise, finding new clients and attending site appointments. The individual will need to be a proactive self starter and comfortable sourcing and following up on new leads.

Preferred experience in the technology sales and business development function with global telecom equipment managed services providers or Fortune 100 global IT majors
Prior business development experience in the African continent is preferable - telecom services/ telecom equipment or infrastructure/ IT services
Training in post graduate professional courses relating to commercial, financial and marketing competencies, preferred.

Qualifications and Skills.
1.     A proven team player. This is a leadership position and one that requires a strong team building skills.
2.     5 years experience in a similar position of which at least 3 should have been in the ICT sector.
3.     A degree (or higher diploma) in a related field of study.

Kybes Cleaning Services, a successful small-sized cleaning firm, is seeking for a customer focused, well organized, and detail oriented professional individual as a Business Manager. The incumbent will have responsibility for day-to-day operational delivery and business development.

Major Responsibilities
  • Proactively contribute towards growing revenue and the portfolio of clients.
  • Fulfill operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; procuring the required supplies; supervising pest control services; following up on work results.
  • Manage Customer Service Levels Agreements
  • Hire, direct, supervise and train operational staff.
  • Manage expenditure within budget by focusing on effective cost control.
  • Prepare and submit monthly statutory returns, that is, VAT, PAYE, NSSF, and NHIF
  • Ensure that customers are billed accordingly and payments for the same are collected.
Requirements – Education, Skills And Experience
  • Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Housekeeping or related qualification.
  • Previous experience in cleaning industry will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
