The Kenya National Library Service Board invites sealed tenders from eligible firms to tender for the above.
Interested eligible candidates may inspect and obtain detailed tender documents from the Supply Chain Office from 9.00a.m and 3.00p.m during normal working days upon payment of non refundable fee of Kshs. 500/= (per set of document) for tender No. KNLS/HQS/031/2009/2010 payable by cash at Cash Office.
Filled tender document(s) should be returned in a sealed plain envelope clearly marked the tender number and be deposited in the Tender box at the Supply Chain Office and addressed to:-

Nairobi
To be received on or before 11th February 2010 at 10.00.a.m. local time.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who wish to attend at Maktaba Conference Hall at KNLS.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of tender.
All received tenders will be acknowledged after the award.
The KNLS Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving reasons thereof.
