Main Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing, the main purpose of this role will be executing business plans for the Yana Tyre Centres to achieve business objectives.

Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing, the main purpose of this role will be executing business plans for the Yana Tyre Centres to achieve business objectives.
Among others, key accountabilities will include:-
- Developing and coordinating the implementation of the business plan for the Yana Tyre Centres to achieve set growth targets
- Managing the operations of the Yana Tyre centre’s to enhance operational efficiency and financial controls.
- Developing customer service benchmarks and implementing improvement programs
- Developing and implementing promotional plans that will promote in-store traffic and build loyalty
- Developing, coaching, motivating and evaluating staff to achieve highest levels of performance.
Key Deliverables
- Achievement of volume, value and profit targets
- Business growth
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in a business related field from a recognized institution
- Post graduate qualification in marketing and sales is an added advantage
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role (e.g. Territory management of an average annual turnover of Ksh.250 to 300M and Human resources of 3 to 6 people with depot management as an added advantage)
- Retail chain management experience is an added advantage
- Demonstrate Consumer and customer understanding
- Clear understanding of management of Distribution Channels
- Demonstrated ability of leveraging the best customer care practice in the market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in team management and leadership
- Ability to inspire team to higher performance level of growth
