- Our customer is a reputable organization within the hospitality industry.
- Candidates who have experience working in the hospitality, service or healthcare industries will have an added advantage.

- Our customer is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Kenya
- focused on sustainable and improved livelihoods and security.
- It would be an added advantage for candidates to have experience working in NGOs.
The roles
- Both these positions are senior roles providing tactical HR support on issues such as compensation, benefit administration, policy interpretation and implementation, employee relation activities, recruitment and development.
- The incumbent provides strategic partnering with senior management on initiatives to be implemented.
In addition, s/he will:
- Advise, consult and takes action with employees and management on employee relation matters including: discipline process, grievance procedure, termination process, performance evaluation process and appeal process and referrals.
- Provide guidance, mentoring and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all HR procedures.
- Collaborate proactively with employees to maintain and improve communication, work environment issues and social relationship/standards.

- A University Degree – in Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least 6 years experience in increasingly challenging HR generalist roles with solid experience at a management level
- A proven track record as an HR Business Partner
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and a track record of meeting project deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - ability to listen, communicate, be trusted, and influence employees at all levels
- Demonstrated analytical, consultative and decision making skills
- A solid background in employee/industrial relations issues
- Excellent skills in MS Office & HRIS packages
Remuneration: will be commensurate based on experience
