Post of Assistant Training Officer (Electrical Engineering)
Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Training Officer (Electrical) the successful candidate will perform the following tasks:
- Design training courses to address needs identified by the Field Training Officer.
- Facilitate Training with his/her expertise.
- Supervising and coordinating training activities in Electrical Engineering including identifying appropriate training aids and course materials.
- Developing performance assessment criteria for technical trainees and craftsmen
- Maintaining Technical Training records
Required Qualifications
- A Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Computer literacy
- IPP Courses in Port Equipment, Management and Maintenance.
- Industrial Training Teacher Certificate.
Experience
- Must have served as a Full Technician Apprenticeship in an Electrical Branch.
