1. Principal
- IMS Schools comprise nursery, primary and secondary schools for both boys and girls with a student population of 1,600.
- The Academy is looking for a qualified, highly motivated Principal with at least five years of teaching and school leadership experience.
- Administrative leadership, academic excellence, and development skills are a must.
- A graduate preferably a Masters Degree in educational leadership.
- Knowledge of the Muslim school setting is a plus.
- A suitably qualified individual with practical Islamic Education teaching experience who shall be responsible for Islamic Integrated Education Programme (IIEP) encompassing Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary schools.
- Shall be a departmental position entailing supervision of staff and overseeing overall implementation of IIEP.
- Graduates in Islamic Studies and/or Arabic shall be given preference.
- B ed Graduate from a recognised University
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Primary school leadership experience including disciplinary matters.
- Coordinating various academic and non academic activities
- I.R.E experience will be an added advantage
- A suitably qualified individual with administration experience from a business or accounting credentials who shall be responsible for all non – teaching activities of running a large academy comprising nursery, primary and secondary schools.
- Shall be responsible for all day to day functions i.e. personnel, finance, resource materials and stores, infrastructure maintenance, transport, security etc.
- Be responsible for all marketing and promotion to maintain a healthy growth rate of students’ intake.
- Liaise with parents, government agencies and other industry players in affairs of school and compliance.
