The Kenya Catholic Secretariat is looking for a position ofHIV/AIDS Program Manager.
This position exists to build the capacity of KEC and the Catholic Health Commission in oversight of Clinical HIV/AIDS programs and to improve the profile of KEC HIV&AIDS services.

This position exists to build the capacity of KEC and the Catholic Health Commission in oversight of Clinical HIV/AIDS programs and to improve the profile of KEC HIV&AIDS services.
Description of Work
- Participates in clinical technical assistance activities- Site Visits, Training and Mentorship activities.
- Maintains open lines of communication between partners and KEC
- Participates in project evaluations, assessments and support supervision activities
- Participates in the planning and facilitation of workshops and meetings
- Ensures compliance of HIV&AIDS projects to national guidelines and policies.
- Representation at Program Meetings and stakeholder forums
- Make recommendations to KEC for improvement of HIV & AIDS Services
Required Qualifications/Skills
- A Catholic with a recommendation from his/her parish priest
- Minimum qualification Bachelor's Degree in Medicine
- Masters Degree in Medicine or Public Health an advantage
- Experience in HIV/AIDS Programming preferred
- Knowledge of the Kenyan health sector-strategies and policies
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
