ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED;

Holder of Form VI National Certificate with Ordinary Diploma of Business Administration from a recognized institute and must be computer literate.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances.


MAIN ACTIVITIES;


• Administer employment agreement


• Verify and report on benefits payments


• Maintain the leave management system


• Review remittances


• Supervise completion of the payroll


• Review payroll report


EXPERIENCE.


Minimum of three years in a reputable organization.


SKILLS;


i. Supervisory skills.


ii. Team building.


iii. Analytical and problem solving skills.


iv. Effective verbal and writing communication skills.


v. Time management skills.


vi. Computer literacy is an added advantage.


AGE LIMIT;


The age limit is 40 years.


Remuneration; Negotiable.
