Do you believe you can change Kenya? Are you committed to social justice and progressive change? Are you an African activist interested in strengthening your skills, experience and deepening your theoretical grounding?
We are now launching the Fahamu Pan-African Fellowship (FPAF) program!
If you have answered yes to the questions above, and have qualities of leadership and innovation, the FPAF is designed to provide you with hands-on work experience, training and development opportunities to strengthen your individual capacity and your movement’s impact.
From the local to the continental, the FPAF program has a vision of nurturing African social justice leaders - generating contemporary, energetic, visionary and innovative thought and activism.
During this year-long programme (2010-2011) each fellow will be placed in host organisations where they will contribute to the organisation’s work as well as implement the skills they acquire into their own movement; be provided with continuous mentoring support; and with ongoing training and theoretical learning aimed at building their capacities.
FPAF is an incredible opportunity for activists to benefit from a unique learning process and build networks with diverse movement and activists.
