Qualifications
- A degree in social Sciences, gender studies or related field (a masters degree will be an added advantage)
- Experience and skills in HIV/Aids programming
- Ability to operate in a multicultural environment
- A minimum of three years working experience in a relevant field experience and ability to design and implement programmes.
- A practicing Christian with proven knowledge of the Social Teachings of the church and with good pastoral recommendation
- Excellent management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.

- Is a committed Catholic, with good recommendation from own Parish Priest
- Is a person of attested integrity, with high degree of stewardship of resources
- Is innovative and assertive
- Is able to work under little supervision
- Is able to serve people of all types of temperament.

- Providing effective national – level co-ordination of the programme
- Resource mobilization
- National level conceptualization, formulation and effective management of Gender Programme activities.
- Programme planning and development including evaluation and reporting
- Establishing and marinating networks with the other agencies.
