Executive Chef
Main duties will include:

Main duties will include:
- Managing and overseeing food production in all the outlets and will be particularly responsible for maintenance of high food standards and standardization of menus and recipes;
- Coordinating overall food cost, production budgets and purchasing for all the outlets;
- Responsible for personnel management including hiring, training and development of all production staff;
- Arranging for the maintenance of the equipment.
Unit Chef
Main duties will include:

- Responsible for all day to day kitchen operations of any one of the outlets ensuring high standards of food and beverage production;
- Responsible for menu planning, food costing and purchasing;
- Maintaining proper food handling and food storage procedures;
- Staff management and training;
- Equipment maintenance.
Qualifications and Qualities
- Relevant qualification in Food and Beverage Production with minimum 5 years experience in similar position.
- Strong culinary credentials.
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
