Kitui Water & Sanitation Company is seeking to recruit a Human resource officer on a 3 year renewable contract based on performance.
Reporting to the managing director the successful candidate will be responsible for directing and leading the human recourse functions to ensure provision of effective human resources services to the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sound human resource management policies to support the smooth the smooth running of the organization operations.
- Developing and implementing compensation and remuneration management policies and procedures to attract, motivate ad retain talent.
- Developing and controlling the human resource budget.
- Coordinating internal communication
- Develop and implement administration policies, strategies and systems to ensure delivery of quality services to all customers.
- Coordinating corporate social responsibility activities.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- A Bachelors Degree in human resources management/social science and a diploma in human resource management/certified public secretaries (CPS) II
- A minimum of 3 years experience in human resource e management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate
- Should be between 28-50 years.
