Candidate will be responsible for:
- Formulating Corporate Marketing Strategies, Business Development Strategies and New Client Strategies.
- Focusing on core deliverables such as increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts.
- Driving new revenues by effectively challenging and motivating employees.
- Formulation of strategy.
- Marketing, advertising and promotion planning.
- Business planning.
- Developing new business relationships.
- Presenting the company to potential clients through direct communication.
Person must possess following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal.’
- Strong client management skills and ability to deliver.
- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
- Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual.
- Comfortable working in the field.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree/Equivalent Professional Certification in Marketing or related Field.
- No less than 3 years verifiable experience in similar post.
