1. Key Accounts Managers (Nairobi Region)
a) Supermarkets: Key Responsibilities
- Driving Sales Volumes within the outlets.
- Stock management within the outlets.
- Leading and supervising a dedicated team of Merchandisers.
- Building and maintaining viable relations with the trade partners.
- Highlight on market and competitor activities and other retail intelligence.
- Analyze and provide data on products performance per outlet.
b) Distributors and Wholesalers: Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in uplifting of distributors and wholesalers.
- Identifying and filling of market gaps in the field.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and conduct market survey.
- Co-ordinate all company promotional activities within the outlets.
2. Sales Representative (Nyanza Region)
Key Responsibilities
- Van sales within the region.
- Identifying and filling of market gaps in the field.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and conduct market survey.
- Co-ordinate all company promotional activities within the outlets.
Qualification and Skills (for all posts)
- A degree in sales and marketing with a minimum of 3 years sales experience.
- Diploma in sales and marketing with 5 years experience will be considered.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the FMCG industries.
- Strong excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, promotional effectiveness analysis, performance management analysis.
