Job Purpose: Ensure compliance to safety, health and environmental statutory requirements.

- Develop a compliant environmental management plan for the organization.
- General management of the waste water treatment plant.
- Establish programs to monitor and achieve environmental objective and targets.
- Establish environmental training and awareness program for staff.
- Conduct environmental audits for submission to NEMA.
- Establish and implement procedure for potential emergency impact on the environment.
The applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in Environmental Science from a reputable university.
- Be registered with NEMA as a lead expert or certified as a lead environmental auditor.
- Not less than 3 years experience in environmental management in a busy manufacturing set up.
- Experience in implementation of ISO 14001-2004 standard.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and team building skills.

Job Purpose: To plan and manage purchasing of office equipments, animal feeds, spares, materials and follow up on delivery so as to meet set targets in respect to costs, quantity and quality as per G.D.F.C. S. procedures.

- Plans, coordinates and controls the procurement procedures.
- Negotiate and manage supply contracts.
- Develop and co-ordinate implementation of procurement procedures.
- Advises users depts in establishment of strategic purchasing plans to achieve our objectives.
- Ensure participation of users depts in the procurement process to ensure conformity to requirements specifications.
- Preparation of the tenders and pre-qualification documents.
- Supplier sourcing and appraisal.
- Follow up with clearing agents and suppliers both local and abroad.
Minimum academic and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management or its equivalent.
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management.
- Must be registered with Kenya Institute of Suppliers Management (KISM).
- Not less than 5 years hands on experience.
- Good computer skills.

Field Sales Supervisor
Job Purpose: To ensure that the corporate set sales targets are met and make sure all our customers pay their deliveries as per the agreed society terms and conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the sales force, develop quality sales plan that will ensure the society meets its short, medium and long term business objectives.
- In liaison with the management, play a key role in the development of short, medium and long term sales budgets and targets.
- Ensure that the set sales budgets and targets in both sales and debt collections are achieved by the sales team.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports on problems and opportunities in the market.
- Develop sales team’s daily itinerary and monthly and ensure that the itineraries are revised and updated regularly.
- Create and maintain good customer relations and ensure that all customer issues are attended to soonest possible.
- Ensure efficient quality and effective customer service standards, which will include customer/consumer communication and problems resolving.
The applicant should posses the following academic qualifications and competencies:-
- A Bachelor’s degree in social sciences preferably (Bachelor of Commerce – Marketing).
- A minimum five years sales experience preferably from fast moving consumer goods industry.
- Diploma in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum three years driving experience.
- A member of MSK or reconnected marketing professional organization.
