Reporting to the Director Security Services, the incumbent will be required to promote sales and support the achievement of Security Systems (Fire Protection, Asset Tracking, Secure monitoring & response, Access Control (CCTV) Installations) Divisional Targets by creating an enabling environment for the Sales Executives to optimize existing and latent business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
- Implementation of sales strategies and policies that support the business
- Manage the sales process for the Sales Executives
- Development, Execution and Optimization of Sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities for business growth
- Development of new products/solutions for competitive edge
- Implement and maintain sales structures and strategies that contribute to and enhance achievement of company’s profitability, revenue growth and market share objectives
- Regular sales reporting in line with policy guidelines on group sales standards
- Collect and disseminate sales data from the various service line managers
- Manage annual sales and marketing reports and business plans.
- Sales data analysis and management

- Technical experience will be an added advantage

- Have well developed interpersonal and communication abilities

- Have a valid driving licence
- Have 7-10 years of selling experience with reputable firm(s) preferably service industry, 3 of which should have been of senior management level.
- Be very detail orientated and very willing to be part of both high growth local operation and larger overseas corporation
