Our customer, an FMCG medium-size company based in Nairobi is currently seeking to fill two key challenging and senior positions.
General Manager
Reporting to the CEO and is accountable to the Board of Directors, the incumbent will lead the formulation and implementation of the operating company strategy in order to meet business objectives.
The position includes and is not limited to business development, operations and financial management, human resource management, risk management and public relations.
Sales and Marketing Manager – General Trade
The position will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for growing the Company’s sales volumes, distribution and profitability in accordance with agreed business plans and objectives.
We are looking for high caliber leaders who are passionate about their work, self motivated, energetic and enthusiastic team players. They must be entrepreneurial by nature, able to influence stakeholders and have impeccable judgment.

- A degree in a business related field. A Master Degree in business is an added advantage
- A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in fast moving consumer goods company
- Proven managerial skills and experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
