- Prepare institutes annual budget
- Draft project budgets and carryout budget monitoring
- Prepare and present financial reports to the management
- Maintain overall budget control and monitor cash flows and expenditures
- Provide guidance to the management on effective financial management
- Preparation of the payroll for the institutes non-teaching staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in commerce (Accounting option) plus CPA II
- Proficiency in accounting computer applications
- At least 3 years experience in a busy accounts office preferably in an educational institution.
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure
- Be aged 30 years and above
Procurement Officer

- Coordinate procurement of goods and services
- Issue guidelines on the interpretation and implementation of procurement laws and regulations
- Oversee the preparation of a consolidated annual procurement plan.
- Ensuring compliance with Government procurement policies and regulations
- Carry out market survey, monitor and evaluate the performance of the supply chain and market trends
- Supervising and training procurement and stores, staff on procurement matters
- Coordinate the disposal of obsolete, unserviceable and or surplus items.
- Any other duties assigned by Finance officer or Principal
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Supplies Management by Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC)
- Be Conversant with the current public procurement Act
- Be Computer literate
- 3 years experience in procurement preferably in a busy Educational Institution.
College Accountant
Responsibilities:

- He/she will be answerable to the Finance Office
- Process transactions documents and their verification
- Maintain Books of accounts
- Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivables records
- Responsible for payroll preparation and reconciliation
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- Prepare timely Monthly trial Balances
- Ensure proper accounts files and records are maintained and updated all the time.
- Ensure procurements are done according to the set thresholds and relevant tender committee and procurement committee Minutes are attached to the payment vouchers.
Qualifications:
- KCSE C Plain
- Diploma in Accounting
- CPA II Holder
- Computer Literacy in Accounting Packages
- Two years working Experience in a busy accounts office preferably an Education Institution
- Be aged 28 years and above
