Person Specification
- Degree in social sciences or related discipline with postgraduate qualification in Human Resource management ideally an MBA in strategic HR Management
- Strong management skills including analytical skills, judgement and decision making
- Resourcefulness and creativity to develop the role of HR within the programme and ensure the most effective support to management
- Highly developed communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills to establish effective, collaborative relationships with a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including remotely
- Substantial experience in a senior HR role
- Experience with an INGO in an HR role ideally in implementing emergency response
- Fluent in English and Swahili
Sub Area Office Coordinator Habaswein
Manage the efficient and proactive operation of the Habaswein sub-office. Support field teams to achieve their work plans in an efficient and timely manner.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
