In order to support our strategic growth initiative, talent development and enhancement of shareholder value, we are looking to recruit a suitable, talented, creative, innovative, self driven individual of high integrity to join our Sales Team.

Sales Executive

Overall purpose:

• Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the sales function at a strategic and operational level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing existing portfolio of clients
• Establishing positive and effective sales relationships with existing and new clients
• Executing company strategic sales plans to meet set targets
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Developing, growing and implementing new products and new markets
• Maintaining and ensuring compliance to highest sales service delivery levels
• Maintaining sales related records and market intelligence database

Qualifications, Skills and experience

• The preferred candidate should be above 25 years of age and possess:
• Bachelors Degree in business related studies from a recognized university
• Professional qualification in sales and marketing
• Minimum three years exposure and experience in sales, preferably gained in the freight industry
• Well developed IT skills with proficiency in report writing
• Demonstrable leadership and interpersonal skills with strong intellect and vision as well as a proven track record of honesty and integrity
