The role of the Field Service Engineer is to perform on site service duties on the company’s product ranges in an efficient manner to maximise customer service standards and promote the company and its products to the advantage of the customer and company.
The scope of this role includes commissioning of UPS systems, preventive maintenance work, fault finding and repair while observing Health & Safety directives.
