Homecare Karen center is a beautiful Christian guesthouse located in the lovely suburbs of Karen in Nairobi.

The Position
Reporting to the CEO, you will:
• Provide overall leadership and full operational management support for the facility.
• Drive business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the running of Housekeeping, Foods & Beverage.

The Candidate

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant business degree.
• A minimum of 4-7 years work experience in the Hospitality Industry, of which 3 years should have been at a managerial level.
• Previous exposure to housekeeping, front office, Food &Beverage.
• A proven sales and marketing experience.
• Born- again Christian.
