We are looking for young, vibrant and passionate individuals to experience the satisfaction of being part of the Customer Experience team. You will be an important pivot for the interaction with Finance and other stakeholders in building a world-class GSM network.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, the ideal candidate will take charge of developing and implementing effective credit policies and procedures and ensuring these are regularly reviewed to reflect changing business needs and environments.
In addition to this, you will be required to:
- Establish procedures to ensure credit risk is appropriately assessed and controlled
- Manage customer debt collection including the initiation of recovery processes in line with commercial practices and company policy
- Establish and manage commercial arrangements with third parties for the recovery, write off and sell debt portfolios
- Ensure customer bills are accurate, generated and delivered on time
- Manage collection of customer payments and reconcile payments to the invoices
- Lead, train and motivate the credit risk control team
- Prepare credit reports as and when required
- Degree in Accounting/ Information Systems or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CISA/PRM/FRM
- Minimum 5 -7 years working experience, of which at least two years will be in a leadership role
- Excellent computing skills/ advanced Excel, presentation and reporting skills
- Candidates with experience in telecom industry and exposure to telecom billing systems will have an added advantage
