Juice Production Specialist
The Job profile
Reporting to the Head of Production, the successful candidate will be responsible for
- Formulation and development of fruit juice that are marketing competitive and in demand.
- Lead in the processing and launching of the developed juices.
- Develop Juice production and quality control manuals.
- Train personnel on juice production and quality control.
- Must have a minimum Diploma or Degree in Food Sciences and Technology.
- Should have at least 5 years experience in a reputable juice production company.
- Conversant with Quality Assurance programmes.
This is a six months contract employment with a possibility of renewal.
