1. Research Director

To be the overall in charge of research project management, analysis and
field work operations. The following are the desired qualifications:


* A bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, commerce or a
related
field
* A masters degree in Business Administration/Management
* Training in Market Research and data analysis
* At least 10 years experience in market research
* Must have excellent analytical skills


2. Quantitative Analysis Manager

The successful candidate will be charged with the responsibility of
planning, overseeing and overall execution of all quantitative research
projects. The minimum qualifications for the position are:

* A Bachelors degree in Mathematics or Statistics
* Training in market Research and data analysis
* Analysis software's training and experience in usage
* At least 5 years experience in survey analysis, database design
and
management using statistical softwares


3. Senior Research Manager

To be in charge of Business planning, client service, project management
and
leadership.The minimum qualifications for the position are:

* A bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, commerce or a
related
field.
* A post graduate diploma in marketing
* A masters degree in social sciences is desirable

Mathematics, English and Kiswahili.
* Must be good in planning and organisation

6. Field Accounts Assistant

To prepare costings for all field projects. The ideal candidate must have
the following qualifications:

* A bachelors degree in Business, statistics or mathematics
* At least 2 years experience in field work from a reputable market
research agency
* Must have pursued at least CPA 1
* Must have scored a minimum of C+ in KCSE with at least a C plain
in
mathematics, English and Kiswahili
* Must be good in figures.


7. Quantitative Analysis Executives ( 2 positions)

The main purpose of the job is to ensure timely and accurate data
processing
and analysis. To qualify for the position, you must have the following:

* A bachelor's degree in Statistics/Mathematics
* Analysis Softwares training including SPSS and Quantum
* Excellent computer skills
* At least 6 months experience in Survey Analysis, Database design
and Management using statistical softwares
* Must have scored at least a C+ in KCSE with at least a C plain in

8. Data Entry Clerks

The main purpose of the job is data entry after field work. To qualify for
the position, you must have the following qualifications:
