ASSISTANT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – WORK LEVEL 1C

We are moving into the future and fast. We want like-minded people to take us there. We are therefore looking for
an individual to fill the above position based in Mombasa.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
• Provide a frontline and manage customer relations in the particular area of jurisdiction and support the Sales &
Marketing Manager in delivering a world class customer service.
• Sell manufactured/delivered Teas to agreed sales targets.
• Provide support in the evaluation of new Market Opportunities for Unilever Tea East Africa Teas.
• Supply chain management at support for Tea Supply Chain.
• Allocation of Teas into various channels (auction, local private, direct) for optimum profitability.
• Management of auction allocations to achieve optimal representation/visibility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A Degree in Marketing, Food Science, Production Technology or any Business Related Field.
• Computer literacy with ability to effectively & independently work on spread sheets to sales and other
data for management information.
• Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Tea trade sales & Marketing/Auction and Tea Tasting would be an added advantage.
• Age Limit - Removed
