GROUP CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER / COO

Based in Nairobi, and reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer and Board, the CFO will be responsible for the Group's financial and operational performance.
The role holder will liaise closely with the Group CEO and will be expected to provide significant input into the development and rollout of Group strategy.
Applicants should be senior bankers with a strong financial background and proven management ability in medium to large sized banks, or a financial services firm.
Applicants should be graduates with full CPA (K) or equivalent qualifications. An MBA will be an added advantage. The right candidate would be seen as successor to the Group CEO in due course.
MANAGING DIRECTOR - KENYA

Reporting to the Group CEO, the Managing Director will be responsible for business growth within the Kenyan operation through expansion of the branch network, introduction of innovative products and enhanced service delivery.
The role holder will be expected to deliver consistent and prudent profit growth through the focused achievement of agreed objectives.
Our client is looking for senior bankers with a solid track record in marketing, operations, risk management and general management.
Applicants should currently be holding positions of General Manager, Deputy Manager or other senior management positions. All applicants should be graduates. Possession of an MBA will be a definite advantage.
