RESTAURANT & RESORT MANAGER
We are looking for a diverse, dynamic and resourceful Manager for a section of Mamba Village businesses.
Scope of work
As the key person running the business, you will oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the hotel, from front office, housekeeping, guest relations, general maintenance to budget management and sales & marketing.
Your tasks will include: setting annual budgets, setting business targets and marketing strategies, managing staff, maintenance, security, and securing corporate bookings for entertainment and conference facilities.
Qualifications and experience required:
An Utalii graduate with at least 5 years experience in a similar position.
Preference will be given to dynamic, self driven candidates who have experience in environmental studies and management of conference and outdoor facilities.
SALES & MARKETING MANAGER - HOTEL INDUSTRY
We require an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our business for both international and local clientele
Your tasks will include: Researching and analysing market trends in the tourism and conferencing business, identifying target markets and coming up with suitable sales & marketing strategies, managing a team of marketing executives & assistants and managing budgets.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- A university degree in Marketing or its equivalent with at least 8 years experience in a similar field.
- Be well networked, highly motivated, results oriented and be able to work long hours and well under pressure;
- Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English,
- A background in sales management or public relations in the hotel or tourism Industry will be an added advantage.
