Our client is a major player in the branded corporate merchandise market. Current growth focus has brought on the need to fill the following positions:

EXPORT SALES MANAGER

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies, achieving sales targets, expanding new prospect clients and business opportunities in overseas territories.

Requirements / Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; a subsequent MBA is preferred
• At least proven 4-5 years experience in sales and marketing management preferably handling an export product in fashion goods or textiles
• Analytical thinker able to implement new ways and new processes
• Well organized, committed, self-driven, and able to work independently and under pressure

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT/FASHION DESIGNER

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Product Development / Fashion Designer will be responsible for overseeing the conceptualization, design, construction, sales and distribution of a manufacturer or designer's products. S/he shall also be responsible for overseeing the set-up and implementation of quality assurance protocols for his/ her products.

Qualifications / competencies

• Diploma or above in fashion design
• Familiar with graphic design and CAD
• Analytical, innovative, communicator, good presentation skills, able to deliver high quality under pressure and willing to travel

SCREEN PRINTING SUPERVISOR

This position requires an organized and goal oriented person who is able to meet quality and production targets often with strict deadlines.

Qualification / Competencies

• Able to develop and maintain high screen print standards
• Able to supervise and train screen printing staff
• A diploma in either graphics design/ multimedia/ Drawing & Painting
• Working knowledge of Illustrator/ Corel draw/ Photoshop software
• Experience in positive making foe screen printing i.e. Colour separations/ full colour and spot colour separation.

DARK ROOM SCREEN MAKER

The holder will be responsible for interpretation of artworks and developing high quality screens as per the job cards. He/she will be required to have good organization skills and able to handle multiple, high priority tasks.

Qualification / Experience

• A Diploma in either graphics design/ multimedia/ Drawing & Painting
• Experience in positive making for screen printing

INK MIXER

The holder will be responsible for the interpretations of artwork and mixing the inks as per the job cards. He/she will be required to pay keen attention to detail.

Qualification / Experience

• A Diploma in graphics design/ multimedia/ Drawing & Painting
• Knowledge in colour wheel techniques of mixing inks/dyes shall be an added advantage

EMBROIDERY OPERATOR

Qualification / Experience

• The holder will be responsible for interpretations of artworks and ensure smooth operation of the embroidery machine as per the design fed to meet the production targets.
• A Diploma in either graphics design/ multimedia/ Drawing & Painting
• Working knowledge with Wilcom software shall be an added advantage
