We are one of the world’s leading telecommunication equipment manufacturers and supplier with offices around the globe we are seeking to recruit high calibre and result oriented individuals to fill the following vacant positions:

1) Job Title: Transmission Engineer
(3 positions)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in handling Optical networks with an emphasis on engineering installation, system commissioning, System configuration, software upgrade, Routing planning, Optimization and maintenance
• Excellent knowledge and working experience on the following items: Microwave radios Optical Networks such as: SDH, ATM, DWDM, IP/MPLS
• Excellent organizational, planning, interpersonal, communication, analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of SDH, DWDM, ASON, and MPLS is a must.

2) Job Title: 2G/3G Wireless Engineers
(3 positions)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in handling Wireless (GSM, CDMA, UMTS – BSC/BTS/RNC/NodeB) with an emphasis on engineering, system commissioning, equipment maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge and working experience on the following items is an asset.
• GSM/UMTS/CDMA
• RNC/BSC Configuration and parameters
• Wireless Network Experience
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux systems.

3) Job Title: Core Network Engineer
(3 positions)

Requirements:

• Core PS: At least 1 year experience in handling SGSN/GGSN/CG/DNS/BG/WASN and related Datacom equipments with an emphasis on engineering, system commissioning, System configuration, software upgrade, Planning and equipment maintenance.

or:

• Core CS: At least 1 year experience in handling MSS, MGW, MSC and related Datacom equipments with an emphasis on engineering, system commissioning, System configuration, software upgrade, Planning, Optimization and equipment maintenance

or:

• Data networks: At least 1 year experience in handling Datacom (routers, switches, IP network) equipments with an emphasis on engineering, system commissioning, System configuration, software upgrade, Planning and equipment maintenance

Plus:

Good knowledge and working experience on the following:

• Informix/Oracle/Sybase/SQL Server database
• Wireless (GSM/UMTS/CDMA)
• TCP/IP Routing and protocols – certification is an added advantage.

4) Job Title: VAS (A&S) Engineer
(3 positions)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in handling VAS (A&S), IN and related Datacom equipments with an emphasis on engineering, system commissioning, and equipment maintenance.

Excellent knowledge and working experience on the following:

• Wireless (GSM/UMTS/CDMA)
• Informix/Oracle/Sybase/SQL Server database
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
• Knowledge of IN/VAS products and technologies
• TCP/IP Routing and protocols – certification is an added advantage.

General requirements for all above positions

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, in Telecommunication /Computer Science or relevant major
• Excellent knowledge of IP networks (routers, switches etc)
• Excellent organizational, planning, interpersonal, communication, analytical and reporting skills
• Must be able to take initiative and work as part of a management team
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, MS Project etc

5) Job Title: Senior Product Managers – Wireless Network (GSM/UMTS/CDMA) & CN Network (CS/PS/FIX CN)

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive understanding of the planning procedure and supervise the team member to approach the project;
• Based on the carrier’s correspondent market and operation strategy, carry out the forecast for service type and subscriber capacity;
• Implement the existing network assessment and communicate with the customer to provide perfect overall total-network solution;
• Based on the overall total-network solution, be responsible for:
• Presale support including quote, network design, proposal, pre-sale testing support etc. Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts.
• Collect and analyze all marketing information.
  
• Enhance customer relationships.
  
• Manage all activities and coordinate between Huawei and our service provider accounts.
• Promote full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.
  
• Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
  

Requirements:

1. Major in telecommunication, computer, electronics and other relative major. Over 2 years work experience in Telecommunication Company;
2. Good knowledge in the fields of GSM/ UMTS; Ability to understand the customer needs in order to design the desired solution. Tender project experience is preferred. (for Wireless applicants)
3. Good knowledge in the fields of Softswitch/SGSN/GGSN/NGN/MSC; Ability to understand the customer needs in order to design the desired solution. Tender project experience is preferred. (for CN Network applicants)
4. Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with Sales management at CxO and technical level. Detailed knowledge of carrier business models and service management strategies
5. Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking. Must welcome challenges. Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive understanding of the planning approach and principle.
6. Self-motivated and result-oriented, willing to work under pressure;
7. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a strategic mind, knowledge in Project Management is an added advantage;
