1. OPERATIONS MANAGER
Main Responsibilities
- Management of a large guard force and Alarms Administration
- Overseeing Supervision
- Visit incident scenes, Investigation and Compilation of reports
- Investigating claims
- Carryout security surveys, compile reports and design appropriate assignment instructions
- Client liaison
- Coordinating with law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime
- University graduate preferably in the social sciences
- Security Background preferably the disciplined forces at senior level
- Proven experience in Organizational and Administrative duties
- Age: 35 - 45 years
- Be computer literate
- Have good communication skills
- 2 years experience in commercial security set-up
The selected candidate will be expected to possess a wide range of Marketing and Management skills, be result oriented and possess proven business acumen.
Main Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for growing the business
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to retain and attract new clients
- Conduct market surveys and research for existing and new security products
- Conduct security audits surveys, preparing and giving out quotations and negotiating contracts
- Analyzing business proposal responses and maintaining relevant data
- Follow-up prospective customers through appropriate approach
Bachelor of Commence-Marketing option degree 2 years sales experience in security industry set up Team player and result-oriented individual willing to work long hours Age: 27 - 40 years Computer literacy a MUST Have good Communication skills
3. ALARMS & SYSTEMS MANAGER
Main Responsibilities
- Must be experienced in private security industry with proven management experience for at least 3 years.
- Must have a successful career background, able to manage sales, forecasts, strategies and sets targets for revenue growth.
- Must be able to lead a team of technicians to undertake installations, maintenance and manage projects up to and after commissioning.
- Should portray excellent customer relations, and business acumen.
- Should be innovative and able to identify the industry technology changes and needs.
- Graduate of Higher Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Computer literate, MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation, MS Word.
- Proactive, positive and team leader.
- Knowledge on technical specification for Alarm System & Radio Communications.
- Aged over 30 years.
Basic Qualifications
- B.Com. Accounting Option or C.P.A. Part II with minimum 4 years experience at a senior level.
- Knowledge of Quick Books accounting system essential
