The General Manager for East & West Africa is looking for a personal assistant from the 15th of January 2009.
Location: JKIA Nairobi
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Office administration
- Dealing with inquiries
- Duty travel planning and booking (local and international)
- Handling mail and writing routine correspondence
- IT support for all offices in the region
- Monitoring of cost related topics
- Accounting of airwaybills and related topics
- Claim handling
- Working with CRM (Customer Relation Management)
- Providing marketing support
- Special projects involvement
- Bachelors degree in logistics or business management
- Minimum 5 years experience in the airline industry (cargo) or logistic industry
- Fluent in English both written and speech
- German beneficial but not a prerequisite
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage an office and capable of working under pressure
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willing to constantly improve working knowledge
- Willing to travel sporadically (training in Germany, RSA)
