A fast growing well established Commercial Bank, with regional presence is looking for the following staff to support its operations:
Legal Manager
Job requirements:-
- To head the legal department and report to the Chief Executive/ Executive Director.
- Drawing of contracts, lease documents, loan agreements and other legal documents.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Representing the Bank in court proceedings and liaise with external lawyers.
- The candidate must be an advocate of the High Court with minimum 5 years experience in legal department of a Banking set-up.
Job requirements:-
- The incumbent will be required to perform administrative and operational work by organizing and supervising banking services and operations, and related functions and activities.
- Supervise staff within the Banking and Operations at branch level.
- The incumbent will be required to have sound knowledge of banking principles, policies and regulations.
- At least ten years experience in banking operations.
- The successful candidate should have at least Bachelors degree in Business / Management / Finance / Banking or other related qualifications.
Job requirements:-
- Should have at least Bachelors degree in / Marketing/ Business / Management / Finance / Banking or other related qualifications.
- Experience of relationship management in a Bank / Financial Institution / Insurance firm.
- Responsible for managing a demanding portfolio of complex customer relationships and securing new customer business in line with agreed Business Plan.
- Market the full range of corporate banking products and services in order to achieve an acceptable level of income.
- Candidate will be reporting to the Chief Manager Internal Audit.
- To work with management to ensure a system is in place which ensures that all major risks of the Bank are identified and analyzed, on annual basis.
- To work as a team member of the Audit Department in line with the audit plan laid down for internal audit.
- To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation.
- To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for Management.
- Ensure that the Bank complies with sound internal auditing principles and best practices.
- The candidate should have relevant professional qualifications in accountancy / audit, CPA (K) / ACCA. Other certifications like CISA and CFSA are an added advantage.
- The candidate should be a graduate from banking/finance / commerce / related faculty.
- Should have at least five years banking experience in operations with at least two in supervisory role.
- The candidate should have experience in cashiering
- The candidate should be graduate in banking / commerce / business faculties.
