MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – OPERATIONS

Hilton Nairobi is scouting for high calibre individuals who will be part of our dynamic Operations team that will assist in meeting the corporate opportunities of 2009 and beyond. We are looking for truly outstanding and energetic individual who will offer overall support as Management Trainees in our Front Office/ Food & Beverage Sections. This is a fast track position and successful candidates will be confirmed into Assistant Manager Positions after probation.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – OPERATIONS.

Duties & Responsibilities.

* Familiarise with all Operational Areas within 4 months to be able to competently manage this areas aiding bottom line
* Understand Brand Standards



Qualifications and Experience.

* Graduate in Hotel Management or Equivalent field
* Post Graduate qualification from a recognized institution is desirable.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Front Office Operations and/or Food & Beverage is a must.



Personal Specifications.

* Hands on knowledge of the hospitality industry.
* Friendly personality.
* Good organizer.
* Adaptable to a multicultural and multiracial working environment.
