Customer Service Centre (CSC) Representative Job Vacancy

We are looking for "top flight" Customer Service Centre (CSC) Representative. We have a highly sophisticated and demanding subscriber base and the role will involve ensuring that world class customer service and CARE is provided to these subscribers.

Service delivery requirements include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer requests and orders.
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Completing customer call logs and related reports.
  • Identifying, research, and resolving customer issues using the computer systems
  • Ability to work in any of the operations sections, including call centre, reception, front counter/cashier hall, client liaison and enable desk will be an added advantage.
This position requires someone with call centre experience, a self starter, a team player and passion for customer service. Experience at technology oriented service firms, mobile telephony or BPO call centres, will be an added advantage. The applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills. A University Business degree is a pre-requisite.
