We are looking for "top flight" Customer Service Centre (CSC) Representative. We have a highly sophisticated and demanding subscriber base and the role will involve ensuring that world class customer service and CARE is provided to these subscribers.
Service delivery requirements include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer requests and orders.
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Completing customer call logs and related reports.
- Identifying, research, and resolving customer issues using the computer systems
- Ability to work in any of the operations sections, including call centre, reception, front counter/cashier hall, client liaison and enable desk will be an added advantage.
