Sales Executives

Job Summary

• Execution of sales and marketing plans in a sales territory
• Coordinating the promotions and merchandizing activities.
• Managing the chain of distribution from the distributors to the retail level
• Provide regular reports on market trends as required.
• Maintain debt control at an acceptable level.
• Manage, develop and motivate commission Agents and merchandisers.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in FMCG Sales
• Degree or Diploma in sales and marketing
• Computer literacy in Ms Excel and Ms word
• Looking to build a great career.
• Willing to work anywhere in Kenya.
• Age between 25 and 32 years.

Promotion/Merchandisers

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months Promotions Experience
  
• Good communication skills
• Great and able to work independently.
• Age-20-27 Years.

Machine Operators

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Power Option)
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Knowledge of production processes will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing practices.
• Result-oriented.
• Work under minimum supervision.
• Good team-leader.
