Works Officer III SS 10

Salary - £ 11,340x£321 - £12,945x£354 - £15,069x£399 - £16,665 PA
House Allowance Kshs 12,000 per month.

Applications are invited to fill the vacant post of Works Officer III in the establishment of Town Council of Maragua

Qualification

• O - Level Minimum KCE DIV III or KCSE C+ and above
• Must be computer literate.
• KNEC Diploma in Building Technology or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Higher National Diploma in any of the two is an added advantage.

Duties

• Advise the Council on all Technical matters in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural Planning and Survey
• Design & supervise implementation of Council Work Projects.
• Responsible on matters of Planning Development Control
• Approval of building Plans submitted by developers.
• Spearheading achievement of strategic objectives outlined in the annual Performance Contract.
• Any other duties assigned by the Town Clerk
