We are an international NGO implementing a large, multi-year health sector program. We are seeking a talented and hardworking individual to be a part of a dynamic team committed to improving the lives of men, women and children in North Eastern
province.
The position will be based in Garissa.
The Logistics Assistant will manage the commodities supply chain of the project. Manage stores, assets, and inventory; organize transport logistics. Prepare training materials and provide logistics support for trainings, in addition to general administrative support
for the project office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of diploma in relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in procurement and logistics
- Demonstrated experience in office administration, including fleet management and training logistics
- Ability to organize time, manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and resolve routine problems independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili
