Applications are invited for the position of a Roads Engineer. The selected candidate will manage and control roads activities, for an effective and efficient civil machinery performance.
Specific Duties and Responsibility
- Develop a roads maintenance master plan for the company.
- Liaise with all roads stakeholders in West Kenya sugar zone with a view of developing a joint roads maintenance strategy.
- Manage all roads equipments for the company so as to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
- Supervision and management of personnel under his/her jurisdiction.
- Keep, update and produce roads maintenance jobs and related expenditure periodic records.
- Monitor and supervise all contracted factory construction projects.
- Bachelor of science in Civil Engineering
- At least five years of experience in a senior position as a Roads Engineer.
- Computer literacy in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Quick books etc)
