We are a leading private tertiary education provider and seek to recruit the following mature, committed and self driven individuals to fill the following positions in the school.

Human Resources Analyst

Role: Under general supervision, performs a variety of professional and analytical activities in support of the HR administration function, reporting to the Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Plan and administer recruitment and selection activities
  • Conduct New employee orientations
  • Interprets and explains policies, procedures and regulations to staff
  • Performs benefits administration activities
  • Performs Payroll administration
  • Prepare and maintain confidential personnel files and records
  • Review and ensure performance evaluations are in compliance with policies; enters performance ratings in database.
  • Oversee the administration of staff training
  • Maintain the HRIS system
  • Prepare statistical summaries and special reports on employee information
  • Perform a variety of special research and analysis projects
Qualifications and Skills
  • Holder of a Bachelor degree preferably in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
  • Two years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the Kenya Labour Laws.
  • Extensive knowledge and awareness of developments in the Human Resource field
  • MS Office suite with demonstrated skills in Word, Access, Power point, Excel
  • Research methods ,data analysis techniques and Statistical skills
  • Ability to handle matters with integrity and Confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer Technician

Role: Proivde ICT technical support services, reporting to the ITRC Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains an updates inventory and track repair history of all ICT equipment and modules.
  • User support in terms of troubleshooting, diagnosing and repair of computers or replacing equipments. Software Installations.
  • Perform Preventive of electronics /computer equipments. Prepares troubleshoots problems reports.
  • Performs First level diagnostics of network problems and takes corrective action or escalates to Network admin for action. Recommends improvements to operating procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma in IT or Computer engineering
  • A+ (with either N+ or CCNA)
  • 2 years as Computer Technician or related Position.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • High degree of technical aptitude, initiative, confidentiality and integrity.
