Brief Description
To promote and sell cargo services & products, ensure customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty while maximizing revenue on KQ cargo capacities within the region and meeting the set targets.
Detailed Description
- Ensure effective regional cargo sales to meet revenue targets through long term commitments and retaining and expanding the clientele portfolio.
- Create awareness of all KQ services and products in the region to expand airline’s influence in the market & generate future sales.
- Prepare, monitor & control regional budget to ensure compliance with the set targets
- Develop regional sales network & regional price structure to meet the targets and increase revenue through sales visits to clients and outstations.
- Assess & Analyze market intelligence & competitor activities information to evaluate performance, ensure competitive pricing & further product development.
- Identify and recommend GSA’s to ensure the growth and expansion of airline’s network and revenue generation.
- Evaluate market conditions to identify new opportunities and possible threats.
- Enforce customer service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enforce timely & accurate invoicing data to protect revenues.
- Develop staff capabilities to improve their effectiveness and efficiency with the view on the future growth.
- Develop, maintain & enforce departmental procedures to ensure effective process flow.
- Generate management reports for regional performance evaluation.
- Computer literacy.

- Minimum 5 years management experience in the cargo airline industry.
