An international Christian organization is seeking to recruit a focused, team playing and disciplined Project Officer with a pleasant personality, to work in the Africa Area Office in Nairobi.
The position is initially for a year and subject to renewal. An applicant to this position must be a Christian.

Main Responsibilities - To assist in the effective planning, implementation and reporting of the Africa Area HIV program.
Description of the Main tasks
- To provide administrative management of the HIV Program
- To assist in monitoring the implementation of all HIV Projects in progress
- To follow-up and monitor projects reporting, in line with project requirements
- To manage Data collation,
- To ensure a good flow of information among the members of the HIV program team
- To supply orders and manage stock of literature in use
- To provide translation of materials and correspondences into French or English
- To update regularly the program Website
Competencies/skills required
- Experience in Administration and basic book-keeping
- Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation
- Data management
- Computing
- Bilingual (English/French with writing skills in French)
- Ability to relate and work well in a multi cultural and multi-national Christian environment
Education and/or professional experiences
- Degree in Social sciences with specialization in the relevant areas
- Age limit: not more than 40 years old
